I am a director, writer and performer for theatre, film and television. I founded Antic Face with Emma Hall in 2014. The “bold young company” (Guardian) is now a charitable organisation and an Associate Company of English Touring Theatre. As Co-Artistic Director, I have directed all four of the company’s premiere productions.

I graduated from Cambridge University with a First Class degree in English Literature. Student directing projects included the following: touring productions of King Lear (Tristan Bates) and Measure for Measure (Jackson’s Lane) to Europe and America; productions of As You Like It (C Venues, Edinburgh Festival & The Lion & Unicorn, London), Ivanov, Waiting for Godot, The Priory, Arcadia, DNA (ADC Theatre), True West (The Playroom), Attempts on her Life (Empty Space).
